1. Easy Returns

You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • For prepaid orders (online payment), the refund will be credited back to the same account within 5 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery or bank transfers, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cheque in the customer’s name.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All labels, tags, seals, and accessories must be included.

  • Products with broken seals, missing serial numbers, or visible signs of use will not be accepted.

We cannot process returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


3. Freebies & Combo Offers

If your order included a free item (e.g., shaker, t-shirt, or any promotional item), please return those as well.
If free items are not returned, their value may be deducted from your refund amount.


4. Return Verification

Once you raise a return request, our team will verify your claim.
If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup of the product through BodyLA’s courier partner.

If your return request appears fraudulent, unreasonable, or inconsistent, BodyLA reserves the right to deny the return and take appropriate legal action, if necessary.


5. Before Accepting Delivery

When your order is delivered, please inspect the outer packaging carefully.
If you find the package damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and inform us immediately.
Our team will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Some categories of products may have special return conditions depending on their nature or hygiene standards.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Products with damaged seals or missing packaging

  • Minor concerns such as dislike of taste, flavor, or results

  • Issues like minor allergic reactions or stomach discomfort

7. How to Return a Product

If you wish to return a product, please contact our support team. We’ll guide you step-by-step through the return process.

  • We will try to schedule a pickup through BodyLA’s logistics partner.

  • If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may send the item back through a trusted courier service.

Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed as per our policy.
